The License to Carry class is for experienced firearms owners... These student know and understand Firearms Proficiency and safety and should have completed that level of training... Each student will be required to shoot 50 rounds of ammunition and complete a 6 hour state LTC classroom course. This the course is the state certification course to obtain your permit carry to a firearm in public legally.
